DKE UNC is the place where we had a lot of firsts. It’s the place where we first ventured out of our hometowns, the first place we bonded to on campus, and the place where we first learned the true meaning of friendship. “I am very fortunate to have ended up a DKE, and I thank Smokey Swenson ’67 for that,” Craig C Perry ‘71, said. ” I continue to look back at my fraternity experience as being one of the most fun times of my life. After graduation, I roomed with DKE’S in NYC and now 4 years later I still count a number of my fraternity brothers as my closest friends.”
